His experience extends throughout Southern Africa in the Mining, Manufacturing and Retail sectors. National and plant level wage negotiations, Strike handling , CCMA cases , Leadership positions in National Bargaining Councils, Skills Development Facilitation and Accreditation and Training Layoff scheme implementation and facilitation are just some of Marks success stories.

Ernest has some 35 years’ experience in the HR field. He has worked in the mining, construction and services industry in South Africa and Mozambique, UAE, Malawi and Zambia.

He is a Labour Law Practitioner with a bias towards labour law and productivity improvement. He specialises in the Job Grading and defining roles of employees in organisations.

His motto is not who is right but what is right!
